Gantry robots have high repeatability (typically within ±0.1mm), enabling precise entry into narrow mold cavities, gentle removal of products, and precise insertion operations, placing metal parts or inserts into specific positions within the mold, effectively protecting both the mold and the product.

Coping with High Temperatures and Complex Motions:

Key components are designed with heat resistance to address the high-temperature environment near injection molding machines. Furthermore, its multi-degree-of-freedom capability (compatible with three-axis or four-axis configurations) allows it to perform not only simple part-picking actions but also complex motion sequences, such as mid-air flipping, vibration demolding, transfer between conveyor belts and cooling racks, and even sorting different products from multi-cavity molds.
