1. Loading and palletizing
The loading and palletizing robot is usually equipped with a vision system in the scene operation of loading products and goods, and works with the automatic quantitative loading system to load products and goods to different types of trucks.
2. Unloading and stacking
This is a process of unstacking, the truck has been stacked on the various goods, divided or batch unstacking to a fixed position. Unstack to a fixed position, such as transport rollers, transport cars, etc.
3. Warehouse stacking
The finished products on the production line are taken off and transported to the warehouse for palletizing, which can be coordinated with the warehouse location management system for workpiece storage management.
4. Warehouse palletizing
The products in the warehouse are unpacked to the transport line. If it is a three-dimensional warehouse, the workpiece can be managed with the warehouse location management system.
